Bu gün (18 iyun) “Hüquq və İnkişaf” İctimai Birliyinin sədri Hafiz Həsənov Ədliyyə Nazirliyinin Qeydiyyat və Notariat Baş İdarəsinə çağırılıb və ona Nazirliyin “Hüquq və İnkişaf” İctimai Birliyinə xəbərdarlıq məktubu təqdim edilib.

“İdeal” qəzetinin həbsdə olan baş redaktoru Nazim Quliyevin “Yeni Müsavat” qəzetinin təsisçisi Rauf Arifoğluna və baş redaktorun müavini  Azər Ayxana qarşı  xüsusi ittiham qaydasında qaldırdığı iddia icraata götürülməyib.

Bu gün (18 iyun )  Bakı Apellyasiya məhkəməsində hakim İlqar Xələfovun sədrliyi ilə “Regional İnsan Hüquqları və Sosial Araşdırmalar Mərkəzi” İctimai Birliyinin təsisçiləri Əli Bəşirli və Şükür İzzətoğlunun Ədliyyə Nazirliyinə qarşı iddiasına əsasən Yasamal rayon məhkəməsinin 17 mart tarixli qərarından verilmiş apellyasiya şikayəti üzrə məhkəmə prosesi keçirilib.

“Jurnalist Eynulla Fətullayevin həbsdən azad edilməsi ilə bağlı Avropa İnsan Hüquqları Məhkəməsinin qərarı hələ Azərbaycan hökumətində müzakirə səviyyəsindədir”.  Bu barədə ombudsman Elmira Süleymanova “Turan”ın sualına cavabında bildirib.
