 On 8 FEBRUARY, at 1:00 p.m., in the press center of the Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety, Poligon Information Agency (pia.az) editor Elmin Badalov will conduct a press conference regarding his expulsion from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy because of writing critical articles about the university.
